You Can’t Eat Your Chicken Pox: What I Learned From Amber Brown

I remember the day I got chicken pox. I was in the third grade, and I had just come home from school. I felt a little tired, but I didn’t think much of it.

After a while, I started to feel really itchy. I went to my mom and told her, and she took my temperature. It was 101 degrees. She told me that I had chicken pox, and that I was going to have to stay home from school for a few days.

I was so disappointed! I had been looking forward to the school play, and now I wasn’t going to be able to see it. But I was also a little bit scared. I had heard stories about chicken pox, and I didn’t know what to expect.

My mom told me that chicken pox was a common childhood illness, and that it was usually not serious. She said that I would just have to stay in bed and rest, and that the chicken pox would go away on its own.

And that’s what happened. I spent a few days in bed, and I itched a lot. But the chicken pox eventually went away, and I was able to go back to school.

I learned a lot from my experience with chicken pox. I learned that it’s important to stay home from school when you’re sick, and that it’s also important to listen to your doctor. But most importantly, I learned that chicken pox is not as scary as it seems. It’s just a part of growing up.

Why You Can’t Eat Your Chicken Pox

When I was a kid, I got chicken pox. I was really sick, and I felt like I was going to die. My mom took care of me, and she made me soup and read me stories. One day, I was feeling a little better, and I asked my mom if I could eat my chicken pox. She laughed and said, “No, you can’t eat your chicken pox. They’re not food.”

I was disappointed, but I understood. Chicken pox are a virus, and they can’t be eaten. If you eat them, you could get sicker.

Chicken pox are contagious, so it’s important to stay home from school or daycare when you have them. You should also cover your spots with clothing or bandages to prevent the virus from spreading to other people.

Chicken pox usually go away on their own within a few weeks. In the meantime, you can take over-the-counter pain relievers to help with the itching and discomfort. You can also use calamine lotion to help dry out the spots.

Chicken pox are a common childhood illness, but they’re usually not serious. Just remember to stay home from school, cover your spots, and take care of yourself. You’ll be back to feeling your old self in no time.
