I’ve been called many things in my life. Simpleton. Giant. Hodor. But my name is Walder, and this is my story.

I was born in a small village north of Winterfell, the only son of a humble farmer. My father was a hard man, but he loved me in his own way. He taught me how to work the land, how to fight with a sword, and how to be a good man.

When I was six years old, my father died in a hunting accident. My mother was left to raise me alone, and she did her best. But it was hard. We were poor, and we often went hungry.

One day, when I was twelve years old, a group of raiders from the south came to our village. They burned our homes and killed our people. My mother was killed, and I was taken prisoner.

The raiders took me to a slave market in the south, where I was sold to a man named Lord Walder Frey. Lord Frey was a cruel man, and he treated me like a animal. He made me work long hours in the fields, and he beat me if I didn’t do as he said.

One day, Lord Frey decided to send me to Winterfell as a gift to Lord Eddard Stark. I was terrified, but I knew that it was better than staying with Lord Frey.

When I arrived at Winterfell, I was met by Lord Stark and his son, Robb. Lord Stark was a kind man, and he treated me with respect. He gave me the name Hodor, and he taught me how to read and write.

I served Lord Stark for many years, and I was loyal to him until the day he died. After his death, I served his son, Robb, as he fought in the War of the Five Kings.

I saw many terrible things during the war, but I also saw great courage and honor. I learned that even in the darkest of times, there is always hope.

After the war, I returned to Winterfell with Robb’s wife, Talisa. We lived in peace for many years, and I was happy.

But then, the White Walkers came. They attacked Winterfell, and they killed everyone I loved. I was the only one who survived.

I fled Winterfell and I wandered the land for many years. I saw the destruction that the White Walkers had caused, and I knew that I had to do something to stop them.

I joined a group of people who were fighting against the White Walkers. We fought bravely, but we were outnumbered. In the end, I was the only one who survived.

I am now the last of the Starks. I am the last of the men of the North. But I will not give up. I will fight until the White Walkers are defeated. I will fight for the living.
