One day, I decided that I had had enough. I was tired of hating myself, and I was ready to make a change. I started by writing down all the things I hated about myself. It was a long list, but it was a start.
Once I had the list, I started to work on each item one by one. I started working out to improve my body image. I started reading more to improve my intelligence. I started volunteering to help others to improve my sense of self-worth.

I’m still not perfect, but I’m a lot better than I used to be. I’m no longer ashamed of who I am, and I’m proud of the person I’ve become.
If you’re struggling with self-hatred, I want you to know that you’re not alone. There are people who can help you, and you can make a change. It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it.
